Your Azlo card is a Visa debit card, and it can be used anywhere Visa is accepted. 

If you're a new customer, we'll automatically order your first Azlo card as soon as your account is opened. We'll send it to your residential address, and it should arrive within 7-10 business days. 

Activating your card 

Once your card arrives, you'll need to activate it and set a PIN before you can use it. You can do this on the web or with our mobile app. 

On the web 

  1. Sign in to your Azlo account.
  2. Click on your name in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Manage Card.
  4. Click the Activate debit card button.
  5. You'll be walked through the process of activating your card and setting a PIN. 

With our mobile app 

  1. Sign in. 
  2. Tap the "More" icon on the bottom right corner of the app. 
  3. Go to the Settings option, and then select Manage Card
  4. Select the Activate Card button.
  5. You'll be walked through the process of activating your card and setting a PIN. 

Need a replacement card? 

If you need a replacement because your card is lost or stolen, block your card and send us an email at support@azlo.com, right away. Our team will permanently deactivate your card and order a new one.

If your card is simply damaged, you can order a new one with the same card number. Head over here for instructions.
