Why was my application declined?

We try to take a global view of each applicant to determine account eligibility, but we're not a good fit for everyone.

Our team reviews a broad spectrum of information when making a decision, and we try to take a global view in determining eligibility. 

There are many reasons an application may be declined, including the following: 

  • If the business is in an industry we cannot support, such as internet gambling, some money services businesses, exchanging virtual currency, private ATMs, and cannabis sales.
  • If any of the business owners don't meet our core eligibility requirements.
