Setting a new password

If you'd like to change your password, you can do so at any time by taking the following steps. 

  1. Go to the sign-in page on the web or mobile app.
  2. Click or tap Forgot your password?
  3. Enter the email associated with your Azlo account.
  4. Click or tap Send.
  5. You’ll get an email from no-reply@mail.azlo.com. Open it, and select the Reset Your Password button to enter your new password.
  6. We will send you a verification code via text message; once you enter that code, your new password will be saved.
