If you need a replacement because your card is lost or stolen, block your card and send us an email at support@azlo.com, right away. Our team will permanently deactivate your card and order a new one.
If your card is simply damaged, you can order a new one with the same card number. Once you order it, the new card should arrive within about 7-10 business days.
On the web
- Sign in to your Azlo account.
- Click on your name in the top-right corner.
- Select Account settings.
- You'll see the option to Request a new card. Select that.
- Enter the reason you're requesting the new card, confirm your address, and complete the order.
With our mobile app
- Sign in.
- Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of the app.
- Go to your settings, and then select Manage Card.
- You'll see the option to Replace, lost or stolen. Tap that.
- Enter the reason you're requesting the new card, confirm your address, and complete the order.
