If you need a replacement because your card is lost or stolen, block your card and send us an email at support@azlo.com, right away. Our team will permanently deactivate your card and order a new one.

If your card is simply damaged, you can order a new one with the same card number. Once you order it, the new card should arrive within about 7-10 business days. 

On the web 

  1. Sign in to your Azlo account.
  2. Click on your name in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Account settings.
  4. You'll see the option to Request a new card. Select that. 
  5. Enter the reason you're requesting the new card, confirm your address, and complete the order. 

With our mobile app 

  1. Sign in. 
  2. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of the app.  
  3. Go to your settings, and then select Manage Card
  4. You'll see the option to Replace, lost or stolen. Tap that. 
  5. Enter the reason you're requesting the new card, confirm your address, and complete the order.
