If you decide to close your account, we're here to make the process as smooth as possible.
We recommend moving any money out of the account before you ask us to close it. You can do this by spending the funds with your Azlo card, making a transfer to a linked account, or sending a payment. If you have any scheduled deposits or payments, you'll also want to get them switched over to another account.
When you’re ready to close the account, please give us a call at 844-295-6466 or send an email to email@example.com. We'll ask you to confirm your request via email; as soon as we get that confirmation, we'll be able to close your account.
