Can I add someone to my Azlo account?
It depends. We are currently in the process of launching the first phase of multi-user accounts. We are doing this in phases, we’re enabling this feature for small groups of customers at a time.
If we sent you an email about adding a business partner to your Azlo account, that means the feature is enabled for you and you will be able to give access to anyone who was listed on your Azlo application as another owner of the business. We are working to make it possible to give access to people who don’t meet this specific criteria in the future.
If this feature isn't enabled for your account, or you don't have any business partners listed on your Azlo application, then it isn't possible to add users to your Azlo account yet.
What does it mean to give someone access?
If you share your Azlo account with a business partner, they will have full access to the account. They will be able to make transfers, deposit checks, and send payments. They will also be eligible to get an Azlo debit card once we’ve verified their current address.
How do I give access to my business partner?
- Once this feature is abled for your account (we'll send you an email when it is), log into Azlo on a computer.
- Click on your name in the upper-right corner, and look for the "Manage Users" option in the drop-down menu.
- From the "Manage Users" page, you'll be able to request access for the business partner(s) listed on your account. (Down the road, we’ll be adding the option of requesting access for people who weren’t listed on your application.)
- Once their access has been approved, your business partner(s) will have full access to the Azlo account and they will be eligible to get an Azlo debit card.
Can I remove someone from the account after giving them access?
One you’ve given someone access to your Azlo account, you can disable their access by blocking their Azlo card and/or their sign-in access.
