If you're planning an international trip, there are a couple of things to keep in mind if you're going to use your Azlo account along the way.
Let us know before you leave
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 844-295-6466 before you leave. This will allow us to make a note of the trip.
Logging into the Azlo app when you're overseas
When you log in to Azlo on a new device, we'll send you a verification code via text message or voice call This is important to remember when you're traveling, since (depending on your phone carrier), you might not be able to easily receive these messages outside the U.S. If you're unable to get text messages or calls when you're traveling, please contact our support team by emailing email@example.com or calling 844-295-6466.
Using your Azlo card internationally
- We don't charge any international transaction fees.
- If you use an ATM that isn't part of our fee-free partner network (the Allpoint Network), the ATM will likely charge a fee but we don't charge additional fees.
- The conversion is automatically handled by Visa, and you can calculate the exchange rate here.
- Your Azlo card should work everywhere Visa business debit is accepted unless you're in one of the countries listed in the section below.
Countries where your Azlo card won't work
There are a few places where we cannot process card transactions due to government regulations. You will not be able to make purchases with your Azlo card in the following countries:
- DR Congo
- North Korea
