Azlo is in the process of shutting down and all accounts will be closed on March 31, 2021. As we work toward this date, services and features will be scaled back as a whole. Because we want to give you adequate time to find alternative solutions, we’ll update this help article when these actions take place.
After closing your account, you will be able to log into a read-only version of your account until April 15, 2021; you’ll want to download any statements you may need in the future before that date.
Upcoming Dates and Features:
March 3, 2021
Invoicing feature will be removed. All unpaid invoices will be canceled, including pre-scheduled invoices and any outstanding invoices already sent to recipients.
Bill Pay service will be discontinued.
Payments to a Contact using account and routing number through ACH credit transactions will no longer be available.
Mailed Check Deposits will be returned to sender starting March 3, 2021.
Transfers into Azlo using Linked Accounts through ACH debit transactions will no longer be available.
March 15, 2021
Mobile Check Deposit feature will be removed from mobile apps.
Envelopes will be deleted and any allocated funds will be released into your available balance.
Instant Transfers out of Azlo will no longer be applicable to your account.
March 31, 2021
Your account will be closed.

The new limits for Instant Transfers into Azlo and Instant Funding for new accounts are $100 per day.

Instant Transfers into Azlo and Instant Funding for new accounts will be disabled because the Pull from Card Service will no longer be available.
